I just finished my fantasy football picks last night. And I have to admit I've got a nice team on paper. How well they will actually do is going to be the question.
DethBlosm
1. (1) Adrian Peterson
2. (20) Reggie Wayne
3. (21) Randy Moss
4. (40) Aaron Rodgers
5. (41) Thomas Jones
6. (60) Baltimore
7. (61) Dallas Clark
8. (80) Lance Moore
9. (81) Derrick Ward
10. (100) Eli Manning
11. (101) Kevin Walter
12. (120) Le'Ron McClain
13. (121) Kevin Boss
14. (140) Ryan Longwell
15. (141) Washington
Top 9 are my starter plus (K) Ryan Longwell. I don't usually pick a kicker high unless they are going fast. It's a yahoo public league (http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/45478) if you want to check out the teams and draft order. But I can't wait for football season. Hail to the REDSKINS!

Trade Eli for a better defense and pick up Trent Edwards

That's a strategy I might later (if he's still available) after fist 5 games. But Eli plays Oak during Aaron Rogers bye week which is the weaker defense vs Trent playing Cleveland. Baltimore plays 3 lousy offense (or supposedley lousy offense) in first 5 games. And Washington plays Detroit and TB when Baltimore plays good offenses. I'm flexable with dropping Wash Def and picking up who I need to pick up during bye weeks of my players (unless Wash Def can put up monster numbers).

Was this a 4 person league? If not I have no idea how you got peterson, moss, and reggie wayne. Either way, thuis is a great team. Keep all the starters and Eli is not as a #2 QB. I would try to get Hasslebeck. He will throw over 20 this year. I think 28 personally. The wideouts are fantastic and healthy!. Aaron Rodgers will put up about 30 tds this year. He is a great QB. As for Longwell, lol, a kicker is a kicker. Every year another kicker puts up the best numbers. I think Hanson is the best but watch the stats this year. Kickers are just luckof the draw.
Reggie Wayne and Moss and peterson could carry your whole team this year. Very solid!

Don't count on T.O. to help Trent Edwards. Buffalo is still Buffalo.

I'm weary of picking up Trent Edwards with all the tough defenses they are going to play. The only non play-off contender they play is KC and Cleveland.
