I would like to hear others on this. I haven't cashed out, but I have been online playing and players were complaining during the game that they couldn't get a cash out.

My questions are these: Did you make a deposit or is it freeroll winnings? It might make a difference as from the way I understand it (I may be wrong) in order to withdraw you have to validate an account by depositing.

Also there are limits based on how much you can withdraw, depending on which way you are withdrawing. In other words if you want a check the limit might be $200. How are you trying to withdraw the money and how much?

Check the website for the details on this.

oops sorry saw the check after I re-read the post...

I wish this wasn't the first post that you ever made in our forum, but I guess welcome to the site and thanks for the post?

Firstly, why did you post and then quote yourself? That's like spam.

Secondly, I have never had a problem withdrawing from DoylesRoom or any online poker site that we promote on PokerGob.

If you make a deposit and win money, just follow their instructions and you will get your money (period).

How did you get the money in DoylesRoom? Did you make a deposit?

Most of the time the problem arises from someone who has never made a deposit and then tries to withdraw money, is this true in your case?

For example, a friend transfers you money at an online poker room and then you find out that to get the money out you have to make a deposit over 48 hours before you can withdraw or you never deposited and won a freeroll and then you're looking to cash out.

If either of the above is true, you can't withdraw, this is true of all poker sites that I know of, not just DoylesRoom, it is common policy and if that is their rule so be it. Players must read the terms and conditions for every online poker site that they sign up for. I am sure that this rule is in there.

So I basically ditto Dacooler's answer and questions.

I should add I dislike people publicly airing their gripes without giving us all the facts and also posting the same thing twice like you did.

So now we are anticipating a great well thought out response with all the facts and it is still unclear whether or not you did receive your money.

Dang Gob! I feel the same way, but go easy, we definitely need some more whiny members that complain about things, it makes for good reading. I have $15, I bet 5 to 1 this person never returns to reply and 10000 to 1 that they never deposited and 100000 to 1 they will say they deposited...any takers? I could use 500k...

ive been on the site for few years and have validated it,i initially made a deposit with a visa card but card is no longer active, they said i cudnt change it to my mastercard and the only method of withdrawing would be a cheque,i was finally told this info after 7 weeks of phone calls and email tennis to every dept.i requested cheque after a week the money was back in my account i contacted them again and again i was sent round to every dept.finally 3 weeks later i was able to request cheque again that was back in febuary im still waiting for cheque finally phoned them again yesterday spoke to the accounts manager who was no help never answered any of my questions didnt no where my cheque was i said this is unexeptable he said you will get in when it arrives also said some ppl are still waiting for cheques dated back october last year i said thats unexeptable but he seemed to think it was ok,i asked to speak to his superiors because he was no help it was then he put the phone down on me.also gave me some mumbo jumbo bout changing companies who deal with cheques etc apparantly they are in canada and thats where my cheque might be lol ye ok mate.personally i dont think its been sent at the time i requested withdrawal the pound was very good to the dollar in my opinion they stalled it on purpose because of this.

its shame they use one of the greatest legends names for their site.

Looks like Manny doesn't get paid. Thanks for the clarification. In thge future try to make one post instead of two for the same topic. I still think in order to withdraw from any site you would have to make a recent deposit.

By the way, how much money are we talking about here?

Has the money disappeared from your account?

I have never had this much of a problem with any site, seems odd, but all sites have problems. Hope it works out for you.

I have a weird feeling there is more to this story than just this. How much money are we talking about here that would make it worth their while to not let you withdraw because of exchange rates?

I have cashed out a few times on doyles, other than the fact that you cant cash until 24 hours after your last hand played, i havnt had any problems with them.

I haven't had a problem either. I always try to do what is necessary on my side to protect my money. It is a two way street, you gotta follow the rules sometimes like it or not and be responsible to monitor your cash. I agree with Meph here, ther is a lot more to this story. I also wanna know how much money this is about?
