building a pokertable

Hi all

i am building a 8 person poker table, just to play with my friends on the weekends.
It is the first time that I do this so I looked and found some information on the net, but may i ask your help?
Did anyone have build one in the past, and what kind of materials did you use.
Ore what would you like to have on the table if you would build one (cupholders, chipholders ect.....).

Please if you have some ideas, answer me, i would like to build a nice pro-looking table.

I wil show the pictures on the site while I make the parts.....

I think the cup and chip holders are a great idea. Maybe add some kind of a place to put a timer or something so you can do blind levels if you do friendly tourneys or something...just a random idea.Which table cut are you doing? Round or Racetrack? Good luck. I'll let you know if I can think of anything else.
