I guess you guys may be right about playing too many hands but I'm at the crossroads there,
I sit down with 80 cent at the table and walk away with $2-3 on a 2-4 limit table...
So yea I guess I could play less hands but i've NEVER went and readded chips.
I have everytime walked away in the plus even if its just 2 cent it's still a come up

i agree with doylesroom, there are alot of bad starting hands in omaha.  those people who say otherwise have a limited understanding of the game.  while it is hard to argue with your impressive stats, i sure dont understand it!  you see the flop 80% of the time, you go all the way to the river 40% (!!!) of the time (which is almost 50% of all the flops you see), and you win 25% of the time.  many are split pots, i'm sure, because you play H/L.  but i guess you cant complain about success, lol.

There are a lot of bad Omaha hands.  You're right that 3 of a kind is bad, also two pair is a weaker hand, but playing too many hands in Omaha is an easy way to lose a lot of money on busted draws and small full houses.  Tighten up and enjoy the profit.

I was taught there are no bad starting hands in omaha unless you have 3 or 4 of a kind sometimes 2 pair

Your statistics for Omaha look pretty good, but they could be misleading because of the low hand factor.  Looks like you may be involved in too many hands.  It would be helpful to know if this is 10 man ring or 6 man ring.  You could probably fold more in the Small and Big Blind.  These are your trouble areas.  You definitely could win more money folding the small blind especially to raises.  We only have 33 hands in Hold'em and 14 at Stud Hi/Low so there is no way to tell.  It looks like these statistics are taken from a six man table which means you are bound to play more hands.  If in fact they are from a 10 man ring game...you are playing way too many hands.   The 63% of wins at showdown seems really good, It wouldn't be a surprise if you told me everyone was limping pre flop and there were minimal raises.  For every internet player who wants to imrove their live game, I suggest practicing at 10 man tables because 6 man tables are few and far between.
